The bulk of these photos have been "colorized" somehow. I really don't know how that process works but it makes for some interesting viewpoints. Be advised, many of these photos may be duplicates of other photographs found elsewhere on this blog. As always - click for LARGER, more personal view.

Seeing these photos in colour for the first time makes it easy to imagine
we could all have been part of a world that we've never even seen.
It literally changes our perspective of history.
Sharing these amazing photos with others makes them even more incredible.
